Recent Developments: > 2005: The ICRF thanks corporate sponsor Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. for it's assistance in stocking the San Diego Children's Hospital Surgical Units Children's Activity/Toy Center. The International Children's Relief Foundation (ICRF) is a faith based charity headquartered in San Diego, California. Since 2002, The International Children's Foundation has been providing clothing, food, and other necessities of life to disadvantaged children and operates and supports community programs that uplift and empower disadvantaged children so they can achieve their full potential. ICRF is a registered 501(c) (3) TAX DEDUCTIBLE charity.
